What's the deal with DT?
Dayvid Thomas was raised in Southern California back and forth from Wilmington CA, to San Diego CA with his father and even Long Beach where his mother resides. Growing up the main focus for DT was football. Until he noticed a few of his family members including his father were quite the singers. It made DT follow those footsteps laid out by his own family.
Birth of DT
DT's father noticed both his brother and DT could hold notes and it was good enough for their father to start teaching them three part harmonies. Day in and day out they practiced and even did numbers in church. Sooner or later DT started to fall in love with the sounds of soul music. Listening to oldies and mixing his own version to them.
Locked in
Fast forward to 2012 where DT has been going hard performing everywhere and anywhere he could. HIs single hit 'Swagger Like Hers ft. NV Sicc managed to get DT to Australia and New Zealand many times on tour not including state to state in the US. Today you may see DT as one of the Polynesian artists that paved the way for R&B soul singers.
